Hourly rate (Photography Shoots): Rate: $65/hour
Minimum number of hours: 2
6+ hour discount (20% off)
Maximum number of guests: 6
Meetings/Workshops: Rate: $75/hour
Non-photography use. Great for small biz meetings, MLM's, small classes/workshops, etc.
Booking includes up to 6 tables, up to 24 folding chairs, coffee maker station (you bring k-cups/add-ins), and a case of water.

Flexible Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
Studio manager will be on site for events/shoots at all times.
Cleaning Fee: $50 per event
